Description:
Fondomonte is currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to join our team. This position will oversee routine and preventive maintenance of all agricultural, and industrial, vehicles and equipment. Assist in making sure maintenance staff are organized, and trained, and carry out all maintenance in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Ensure that all mechanical equipment is maintained to a high standard.
The pay is negotiable based on the individual experience $90,000-$100,000 per year DOQ plus bonus and a full benefits package.

Description of Job Duties:
- Coordinate with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager on all aspects of repairs and maintenance.
- To oversee routine and preventative maintenance of all agricultural, industrial, and Vehicles and equipment within Fondomonte.
- Minimize the level of unplanned stoppages through implementation of high-level preventative maintenance programs and accurate service records.
- To monitor and assess the performance of all maintenance staff and recommend training as required.
- Identify areas where improvements can be made to prevent unplanned stoppages.
- To assist where required in the design and conducting of maintenance and operator training courses.
- To assist or lead where necessary at a practical level with the maintenance team in carrying out routine or non-routine tasks.
- To identify and develop the relevant preventive and predictive maintenance and safety systems and procedures.
- To continually assess existing equipment and assist with the selection of future machinery requirements for suitability, quality, reliability, and cost-effective operation for Fondomonte.
- To ensure emergency repair service for all sites on a 24-hour basis.
- To implement and maintain an accurate system of service records for all machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a weekly record of work completed, and sites visited.
- To liaise with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager in maintaining an adequate supply of spare parts as required for breakdowns and general servicing.
- To assist the Maintenance & Engineering Manager in the preparation of annual budgets for maintenance and running costs.
- To carry out any other tasks or special projects as may be required of him by the Maintenance & Engineering Manager.
- To maintain company standards on housekeeping and hygiene.
- To ensure that Fondomonte Health and Safety regulations are always adhered to.
Experience Requirements and Skills:
- Administrative Management experience
- Display positive and professional attitude toward peers and leadership team
- Recognized qualification in Mechanical systems.
- 5-10 years mechanical experience within a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Excellent communicator and good influencing and management skills.
- Exposure to computerized stock and maintenance systems.
- A sound knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic fault finding.
- High degree of confidence and decision-making capability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a high level of self-initiative
- Great listening, communication, and verbal skills
- Capable of working under pressure
