The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join our healthcare team located just west of Seattle, Washington at our Poulsbo Clinic.
There is a great need for family medicine services in the community and a physician can expect to grow a robust practice quickly!
Physician-owned and physician-governed outpatient multi-specialty group
2 year guaranteed salary and productivity bonus potential
Eligible to become a shareholder after 2 years
Excellent comprehensive benefit package
Signing and relocation bonuses
CME allowance
Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent degree)
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington
Completion of residency in Family Medicine
The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $235,000 to $275,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
