ABOUT YOU
As Senior Manager - Asset Management, you are a strategic, analytical leader who thrives on optimizing complex systems and driving cross-functional collaboration. With a deep understanding of asset lifecycle management and enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, you bridge technology and operations to enhance efficiency and long-term planning. Your ability to troubleshoot challenges, integrate systems like GIS and BIM, and translate data into actionable insights ensures smarter, more informed decision-making. You communicate technical concepts clearly, engage stakeholders at all levels, and proactively identify improvements to keep Massport's infrastructure running smoothly. Organized, results-driven, and adaptable, you lead with both precision and vision, ensuring the EAM program evolves to meet the organization's needs.

ABOUT YOU

What you will do:
- Lead and implement the EAM program, collaborating with teams, managing consultants, and developing a five-year capital budget.
- Develop and maintain training and audits to maximize EAM system utilization and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary EAM contact, overseeing asset inventory, capital project integration, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure effective EAM system operation, integrating with GIS/BIM, managing upgrades, and supporting data-driven decisions.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or a related field.
- 7+ years in design, construction, or project controls, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Technical expertise in PMWeb, Oracle Primavera P6, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office for data-driven decision-making.
- Certified and compliant with security clearances and expertise in federal, state, and Massachusetts public bidding regulations.
