Program Manager IV, Voice of Customer Program
The Program Manager will assist the Product Owner on the Voice of Customer Program. The individual will work closely with the Product Owner to govern the overall program and report on program status and outcome tracking, including funding and KPI/benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to Product Owner to collate the ongoing view of the program financials, outcome tracking and any issues, risks and blockers requiring immediate action or intervention
Support the coordination and management of projects across segments including follow ups on additional information required from project managers/ product leads on global projects based on asks for global DCL leadership team
Engage with stakeholders from segments and global teams to collect and consolidate information from segment governance forums and status reporting meetings to publish to the global leadership team
Provide required support to ensure that Governance model is being executed in the most efficient manner and is updated/ refined on an ongoing basis based on learning from ongoing execution, and in adherence to the Manulife Outcome Delivery Framework where applicable
Work collaboratively with the Segment and Global teams to pro-actively share information and foster continued learning and development, facilitating continuous improvement
Support in creating collateral as the team works collaboratively with the Global Agile Office to evolve the program toward an increasingly agile operating model

What we are looking for
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, multi-national enterprise context
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.
At least 2 years Project and Program delivery experience - preferably in the financial services, wealth management or insurance industry
Ability to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the program
Experience in Agile ways of working, with a strong outcome driven focus
Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Highly organized and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM tools
Relevant certifications such as PMP will be a big plus
Experience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus - preferably with a dynamic global team
