Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As Director of Human Resources, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support White Lodging's goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals who contribute to the hotel's success.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing associate relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
Ensure the adoption and utilization of performance management systems to evaluate associate performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development.
Follow White Lodging compensation plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market by completing market analysis regularly.
Deliver White Lodging training programs to enhance associate skills, knowledge, and performance.
Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Certification in Human Resources preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.)
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fellow associates and leaders.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Competencies required for this role include creating a service reputation, driving for results, guiding team success, building talent, execution, and planning & organizing.
