Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple cloud, digital transformation, and technology modernization projects. This role requires expertise in business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and technology integration to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has over ten years of experience managing complex technical initiatives and driving strategic outcomes in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate cloud, digital, and technology modernization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, and oversee resources to drive successful implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement technology-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve challenges to maintain timelines and deliverables.
  • Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies to enhance project execution.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience managing cloud, digital, or technology modernization projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile, or equivalent certification.
  • Proven expertise in business process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Steel Point Solutions considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Salary Range

$135,000-$150,000 USD
