T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join our growing Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and JavaScript. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications that align with business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in application development, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, IIS, Azure, XML, REST, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of the application lifecycle, full-stack development, databases, and application services.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is a plus.
- Experience with Blazor, MVC, AngularJS, and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Familiarity with SharePoint development and customization is desirable.
- Industry certifications in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects and opportunities.
