HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is hiring a Pediatric Surgeon to join our exceptional team in Fort Pierce, FL.
Qualified Candidates:
Board certification in pediatric surgery
Active FL medical license or ability to obtain
Details:
Join existing pediatric surgeon to replace retiring partner
Lawnwood Hospital is the only hospital offering pediatric surgery in the four-county area
Provide pediatric surgery call coverage for the hospital with:
o20 bed Level II & Level III NICU
o6-bed PICU with full-time pediatric intensivist coverage
o16 pediatric beds with pediatric hospitalist
o100 to 120 in-house deliveries a month
o20,000 pediatric ED visits a year with 11 am to 11 pm pediatric emergency coverage
Level II trauma center with trauma coverage by adult trauma team
