Job Description:
  • Responsible for managing multiple functions, providing leadership and guidance to subordinate managers.
  • Overall accountability for the performance management and career development programs for the Client Onboarding Function.
  • The Client Delivery and Implementation team works with the sales group and client servicing team to define services that will be provided to new or existing clients.
  • May also advise and guide clients on service decisions.
  • Responds to existing client requests and upgrades post implementation.
  • Operational oversight and coordination of complex client onboarding events.
  • Consult on ability to meet client requirements and set appropriate expectations.
  • Develops, implements, and communicates a strategic vision to meet both business unit and corporate goals.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Assumes accountability for financial and staffing resources, including developing and managing capital and expense budgets.
  • Liaises across departments to optimize resource allocation and ensure profitability aligns with planned objectives.
  • Takes full accountability for the unit's performance and profitability in comparison to established plans.
  • Implements metrics and monitoring processes to assess and enhance outcomes.
  • Manages multiple units or functions by directly overseeing a group of managers.
  • Acts as a seasoned leader with extensive business experience and broad functional expertise, fostering proactive strategic leadership.
  • Collaborates in the creation and testing of business test cases, ensuring compliance with security policies and data governance frameworks.
  • Works closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure effective implementation of solutions.

Qualifications :
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-dept. Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of business strategy development is necessary to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment.
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to direct the activities for the multiple units.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on data protection and security tools.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to oversee and validate test cases and business processes.
  • Knowledge of encryption and data security best practices
  • Prior experience with Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview, or other security tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and testing business test cases related to test policies.
  • Familiarity with encryption technologies and their application in securing data will be an advantage.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
