Anoto is hiring a Head of e-commerce and Retail Partnerships to rapidly grow the sales of our physical products. We're a small, friendly, and ambitious team of talented people bringing unique connected handwriting products to market. This role is broad and challenging with the opportunity to have a huge impact on the company's success.

The Head of Ecommerce and Retail Partnerships will be broadly responsible for the growth of our email e-commerce business by leading and prioritizing initiatives in the following areas:

Drive traffic to ecommerce properties
Establish and execute highly effective social network, influencer, and viral marketing campaigns. We have a high-engagement product that people love to talk about!
Establish and execute an effective SEO strategy
Establish and execute highly effective tactics for selling to our large, existing customer base (lifecycle marketing)
Establish and execute high-growth, high ROAS paid ad campaigns (performance marketing)

Optimize purchase conversion rates and average order value
Establish effective pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies
Optimize copy and creative on product and other landing pages
Optimize on-site and off-site reviews along with other social proof
Optimize cart and checkout flows and overall ecommerce themes where appropriate
Optimize our placements on partnership properties such as our Amazon product pages

Retail partnerships
Establish new partnerships with major retailers to place our products in their online and brick-and-mortar stores
Negotiate pricing and terms
Optimize online and in-store placements
detailed project reports for senior management.

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Expertise
10 years + Proven experience driving online sales through platforms like company websites and Amazon.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Distribution Sales Management
Extensive experience identifying and onboarding distributors while maintaining strong relationships.
Track record of monitoring channel performance and supporting distributor growth effectively.

Sales Operations Excellence
Skilled in sales reporting, forecasting, and optimising CRM systems for operational efficiency.
Experience implementing price strategies and refining sales processes to drive outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ability to work with marketing teams to align market strategies and optimise online sales initiatives.
Proven experience coordinating with operations and customer service to ensure seamless fulfilment and support.

Retail Partnerships Development
Expertise in negotiating pricing, terms, and securing product placements with major retailers in online and physical stores.
Strong ability to optimise in-store and online retail placement to enhance visibility and sales performance.

Ecommerce Growth Leadership
Proven ability to lead high-impact ecommerce campaigns, including SEO, performance marketing, and lifecycle strategies.
Skilled in conversion rate optimisation, implementing promotional strategies, and managing social proof for ecommerce success.

Sales Data Analysis
Ability to analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Performance Metrics Evaluation
Skilled in monitoring and optimising key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, channel performance, and customer acquisition costs.

Forecasting and Predictive Modelling
Proficiency in creating sales forecasts and predictive models to anticipate market changes and revenue opportunities.

CRM Analytics
Expertise in leveraging CRM data to track sales performance, identify pipeline gaps, and enhance customer relationship strategies.

Channel and Distribution Analysis
Ability to assess the performance of distributors and retail partnerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Pricing and ROI Analysis
Experience in evaluating pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximise return on investment (ROI) and profitability.

Digital Campaign Performance Analysis
Skilled in assessing the effectiveness of SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimise traffic and conversions.

Customer Behaviour Insights
Ability to derive actionable insights from customer lifecycle data to enhance engagement, retention, and sales strategies.

Competitor Benchmarking
Proficiency in analysing competitors' sales strategies and market positioning to identify areas for competitive advantage.

Retail Performance Tracking
Expertise in evaluating in-store and online placement success, ensuring optimisation of retail partnerships.
