  • Architect and build high-performance backend and infrastructure systems that will scale as we continue to grow.
  • Take ownership of critical infrastructure decisions and influence key technology choices.
  • Work across multiple technical domains as a generalist problem-solver.

  • Mentor and guide engineers as we expand our high-caliber technical team.

Who You Are

We are looking for high-agency engineers who have:
  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably at high-growth startups.
  • Staff-level experience or a rapid career trajectory demonstrating high impact & technical leadership.
  • Expertise in databases, entity resolution, web scraping, and large-scale data infrastructure.
  • A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
  • A track record of architecting and owning complex backend systems.
  • A passion for startups, scaling technology, and building from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills to help up-level the team.

Bonus points for:
Ex-founders or early employees at high-growth startups.
Experience balancing rapid development with scalable architecture.
A demonstrated bias for action and ownership.
