- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably at high-growth startups.
- Staff-level experience or a rapid career trajectory demonstrating high impact & technical leadership.
- Expertise in databases, entity resolution, web scraping, and large-scale data infrastructure.

- A track record of architecting and owning complex backend systems.
