Job Summary:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager manages, develops, implements, and coordinates the Human Resources functions in tandem with the Director of HR Services for the Titan specialty division. These responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enforcing policies and procedures, and HR administrative tasks including payroll and audit compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mid-level experience with HR, and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Essential Functions:
Assists with oversight of HR functions for corporate teams and other locations as necessary. Assists in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, including collaboration with multiple leadership teams to provide strategic input on HR-related issues. Responsible for corporate talent acquisition program, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding programs, ensuring that all staffing level goals are met. Assists in change management processes, including finding ways to streamline existing processes, suggesting changes as appropriate, and ensuring organized follow-through to assist in reinforcement. Assists with payroll as needed, ensuring timecard accuracy, legal compliance, and on-time submissions, including answering questions as needed for employees. Assists in employee relations activities, including training, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management. Fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention. Provides counseling to front-line leadership to assist in removing obstacles and barriers to success. Stays abreast of HR compliance and ensures HR programs and policies align with compliance requirements for federal, state, and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Paycom is a plus.
