Austin Heart would like to recruit an APP to join the largest cardiology group in Central Texas at our Cedar Park and Leander offices.

Qualified Candidates:
Board certified ACNP or PA
Working with one interventional cardiologist
Cardiology experience preferred
Call: 12 weekends a year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Primarily office-based position with some hospital rounding
Future Leander hospital coverage opportunities
Start date: ASAP
Licensed in the state of Texas
The APP is responsible for obtaining patient histories and performing examinations, ordering testing and developing a treatment plan, monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, and providing patient education under the direction/supervision of the supervising cardiologist
The candidate should have a strong background in EHR as well as possess high-level organizational and communication skills
