The Principal in Charge for Prek-12 Education will lead the firms educational projects, ensuring high standards of design, innovation, and collaboration. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.

What you need for this role:
- 2+ years as a senior leader - leading project teams and proven successful business development
- 5+ years of recent experience with Prek-12 school districts, private schools, municipalities and government entities such as the DSA
- 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural project management in education
- Licensed Architect - Preferably CA
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to be on-site in Studio to lead staff at least 3 days a week
