- Contribute to managing/emerging and Distribution segment channel revenue by aligning marketing strategy with sales goals for assigned partners.
- Through innovative, integrated marketing campaigns with assigned partners, deliver on channel lead generation goals and drive through-partner demand for solutions.
- Ensure partners execute ongoing lead nurture campaigns.
- Work with the sales and technical counter parts in candidates assigned PODs to develop revenue growth and market development strategies for assigned partners.
- Scale and amplify the brand and marketing strategy through the channel.
- Ensure partners are strategically focused and aligned with marketing goals.
- Ensure a balanced representation of solutions and vertical market focus for partners in the region.
- Coordinate with field marketing programs and campaigns teams to support goals, with and through the channel.
- dvocate for partners within marketing (and other departments) including Alliances
- Contribute data driven culture.
- Drive consumption of scale and Global programs for channel partner marketing reach.
- Leverage tools such as the Partner Demand Center to scale partner marketing for partners without access to MDF.
- Develop and manage events with partners such as webinars, conference sponsorships, and in-person events.
- Manage partner MDF budget, requests and claims as relevant.
- Measure and report on partner marketing effectiveness.
- Support the channel team in delivering tools and education to partners.
- Update Americas Marketing events calendars.
- Update Channel Partner Newsletter content.
- Special projects in support of team initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum preferably four-years' channel/partner marketing experience.
- Minimum of one-year B2B software marketing experience.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and the end-to-end programs that will fulfill strategic goals.
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, SplashThat, Microsoft.
