Software Architect - Expert

Support and enhancement of the DOH ISTOP system to ensure
compliance with the I-STOP legislation.

Day to Day Tasks:

The Software Architect activities and responsibilities that will be required in this
project include but are not limited to:

• Help architect Java applications in a multi tiered environment.
• Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
• Help develop and debug Java applications for complex problems pertaining to Health Commerce System
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
• Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system

Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

• 84 Months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web applications using frameworks like JSF, Spring, MyBatis and Hibernate.
• 72 Months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java applications using AngularJS modern Javascript libraries
• 84 Months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Rest services.
• 60 Months of experience building and maintaining Responsive Web applications for mobile devices.
• 60 Months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework including Spring Security, Spring Web Services, Spring Boot
• 60 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
