Now, we're expanding our Core (Distributed Systems) Team and looking for senior engineers who can design, scale, and optimize the backbone of our infrastructure.
What You'll Work On:
Core Syncing Engine: Own and enhance the data synchronization infrastructure that powers business-critical operations.
Real-Time Streaming: Develop event-driven architectures to enable instant data movement via webhooks and queues.
Scaling & Reliability: Architect solutions to handle exponential growth, ensuring high availability and low-latency processing.
Multi-Cloud & Multi-Region: Build distributed systems that operate seamlessly across AWS, GCP, and beyond.
Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of speed and efficiency, minimizing sync times for massive datasets.
Personalization API: Enhance our caching layer that delivers sub-30ms response times for real-time personalization use cases.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Deep Distributed Systems Expertise: You've built and scaled large-scale, mission-critical data pipelines, syncing engines, or event-driven architectures.
Technical Excellence: You have experience with high-scale systems, event streaming, caching, and low-latency performance tuning.
Industry Experience: Ideally, you've worked at high-growth companies like Stripe, Databricks, Confluent, Plaid, or similar.
Startup Mindset: You take full ownership of projects, move fast, and aren't afraid to make high-impact technical decisions.
Proven Track Record: You've successfully scaled infrastructure through orders of magnitude of growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $170,000 - $260,000 + Meaningful Equity
