Position OverviewWe're seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts, grow and mentor a high-performing team, and drive new business. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll develop impactful sales strategies, guide your team to meet ambitious targets, and build relationships that fuel long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership
    • Design and implement a dynamic sales strategy specific to our workforce solutions.
    • Lead engaging sales meetings, ensuring your team is accountable and on track to hit KPIs.
    • Maintain seamless CRM documentation, staying on top of tasks and follow-ups to drive success.
  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
    • Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
    • Leverage your network, outreach, and referrals to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Build a rock-solid sales pipeline by targeting key market segments and creating customized solutions.
    • Present Superlanet's cutting-edge solutions to C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
    • Accurately forecast sales and surpass annual quotas, driving revenue growth for the company.


Requirements
  • Experience & Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
    • Expertise in business and IT strategies for healthcare systems, particularly within Healthcare IT.
    • A keen understanding of current tech trends and challenges in the healthcare industry.
    • Mastery of consultative selling, crafting tailored solutions for complex business needs.
    • Experience navigating long sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders to close deals.
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
    • Strong experience with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms to manage and track performance.
    • Previous experience working directly with a Healthcare Technology vendor.
