Senior Manager of Product Development

he Senior Manager, Product Development, will lead the development of new products and enhance existing products within our portfolio. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the successful launch of products that meet consumer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
• Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in product development within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
