What You Will Do
As the New Construction Sales Consultant at Signature Windows + Doors, you will be fully accountable for closing at least $1.4 million of new construction sales annually, with an on-target goal of $2.5 million. Success in this role demands building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, builders, and architects specializing in custom single-family residential projects following traditional construction techniques for high-net-worth individuals. This position has the additional requirement of being geared towards high-touch, high-empathy service to the homeowners of these projects.

Qualifications:
$95,000 base salary target + $30,000 Potential Bonus
Uncapped commissions
120 hours PTO
48 hours CO sick time

Responsibilities:
- Product and Company Expertise: Become a Marvin product expert through dedicated learning. Understand the company's history and the Signature Difference. Develop a deep understanding of our target market for efficient lead qualification.
- Electronic Communication + Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate strong written communication skills in professional emails to clients and coworkers.Craft clear, concise messages that effectively convey information, answer queries, and address customer concerns. Learn and/or proficiently navigate Marvin's Order Management System (OMS), Installation Workbook, Google Suite applications and any other needed tools.
- Business Development: Research and target potential customers and projects, utilizing methods such as cold calls, attendance and industry events, and strategic introductions. Proactively build relationships with general contractors, builders, and architects. Collaborate with architects to understand their design intent and project requirements,
- aligning our offerings with their creative vision.
- Client Engagement + Sales Operations and Closing: Contact new leads provided by the company within 1 business day. Understand the Selling Situation. Own the sale. Stay engaged with the sale from start to finish, providing support and answers to customers and the operations team.

Qualifications:
- Ability and desire to understand technical products.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with a structured sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Highly detailed mindset for understanding complex solutions.
- Comfort in navigating challenging client situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.
- Aptitude for working with technology, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
