Salary range is between $85,000 and $115,000 annually.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Participates in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project.
- Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects.
- Coordinates with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
- Presents directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
- Responsible for running consultant meetings independently and coordinates between disciplines.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating a full set of construction documents.
- Works closely with the project director and manager to execute project plans.
- Coordinates with project director and manager to directly supervise the team's design and technical delivery.
- Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation.
- Works directly with technical/project director, design principal/senior designers, and project team.
- May include special expertise roles and titles, such as medical planner, lab planner, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
- Must have 7 or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture.
- Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).
- Exhibits basic understanding of state building, local city, and zoning codes.
- Must have a "can-do" attitude, be a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
- Must be a fast learner and highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiar with building materials, code, construction methods, and brands.
- Must exhibit strong Revit modeling skills.
