ABOUT YOU
As Capital Investment Plan (CIP) Manager - Aviation, you are a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you seamlessly navigate financial planning, capital project development, and funding strategies while balancing operational needs with long-term goals. Your ability to communicate across departments ensures alignment, while your expertise in process improvement, reporting, and data visualization enhances efficiency and accountability. Proactive and results-driven, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with precision, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you will do:
  • Act as primary liaison between Capital Programs and Aviation, reporting on project status and addressing departmental needs.
  • Manage Aviation Capital Investment Plan (CIP), prioritizing projects, budget, schedule, and funding strategy.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to analyze project cost, risk, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency by maintaining policy, supporting project manager, and leading CIP performance meeting.


WHAT YOU OFFER
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in design, construction, or project controls, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Technical expertise in PMWeb, Oracle Primavera P6, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office for data-driven decision-making.
  • Certified and compliant with security clearances and expertise in federal, state, and Massachusetts public bidding regulations.
