What you will do:
- Act as primary liaison between Capital Programs and Aviation, reporting on project status and addressing departmental needs.
- Manage Aviation Capital Investment Plan (CIP), prioritizing projects, budget, schedule, and funding strategy.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to analyze project cost, risk, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency by maintaining policy, supporting project manager, and leading CIP performance meeting.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or a related field.
- 7+ years in design, construction, or project controls, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Technical expertise in PMWeb, Oracle Primavera P6, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office for data-driven decision-making.
- Certified and compliant with security clearances and expertise in federal, state, and Massachusetts public bidding regulations.
