Description:

A Senior Manager is a high-performing individual who has demonstrated skills and attributes in a role leading to Partner. This individual focuses on leveraging partners illustrating a complete understanding and execution of our strategy and in overall management of client engagements and relationships. A Senior Manager should begin to take on leadership roles in the firm.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics and CPA license.
  • CFE, CIA, CISA certifications preferred
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in public accounting or equivalent experience in a small-to-medium sized public accounting firm or a Big-4 firm.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in litigation support, business valuation or forensics.
  • Accounting, finance and economics knowledge; proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS preferred.
  • Experience in investigations of allegations related to fraud and/or irregularities, bankruptcy, workouts, turnarounds, economic impact studies, computer fraud and forensics.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist litigators on developing, evaluating and settling case strategies and preparation of attorney work product to support case strategies.
  • Experience in broad-based business and financial valuations, multi-discipline appraisals, and fairness opinions, especially those of closely held companies.
  • Analytical expertise in financial analysis and modeling, and regression analysis.
  • Experience in financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers.
  • Strong experience in engagement management, emphasizing excellence in client service.
  • Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, couple with excellent writing (both English and Spanish), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites, locally and abroad.
  • Strong experience in government project management.
