Description:

As the Global Training Lead, you will play a key role in Global Procurement's ongoing digital transformation and large end-to-end procurement software implementation project (Procure-to-Pay). You will work with various global stakeholders (primarily in North America and Asia), including leaders, fellow workstream leads, business & technical SMEs, project participants, vendor partners, external suppliers, and others to define and successfully execute our global project Training strategies. Your ultimate measure of success will be a smooth transition and successful internal & external adoption of our new Procure-to-Pay solution and associated ways of working.

Key Accountabilities:
Working with the Executive Initiative Lead, Program Lead, Project Manager(s) and others, understand this mandate and develop an overarching approach to successful internal & external training on this project, using appropriate methodologies, tools and techniques
Lead the Global Training project workstream
Plan & execute global Training Needs Assessment (int/ext)
Develop & execute an effective global Training strategy & plan for stakeholders of all types
Partner closely with Global Change & Communications Leads, Asia counterparts, and others to ensure an integrated global approach
Draft & publish global internal & external training materials across various channels
Deliver training to targeted end users and/or designated training reps
Support designated training reps in delivering effective training to their supported populations
Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders inside & outside the project
Develop & track global training success measures; lead course corrections as needed
Help impacted internal & external stakeholders succeed with the new tool and ways of working
Help us achieve target business case outcomes through global training activities, as applicable
Act as a champion / ambassador for the project
Support other project activities as required

Qualifications:
5+ years as an intermediate or senior Training Lead or equivalent
5+ years working with stakeholders at all levels, up to executive
5+ years experience with industry standard training tools and methodologies; ability to act as an advisor to project participants
Strong writing & editing skills
Strong ability to develop different types of training materials & deliver training across various mediums
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information, and make informed recommendations
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including written, verbal and visualizations / presentations
Strong planning and organization skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Formal accreditation in adult learning or training an asset
Experience in large software implementations and/or global projects an asset
Experience in Financial Services, Procurement teams and/or with S2P solutions an asset
