This position requires a certified professional with extensive experience in project management, IT governance, and business process automation services, particularly in federal government contexts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Clearance: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Clearance.
Location: Hybrid (1 Day per week in our Sterling, VA HQ)

Responsibilities
Position Overview: The Program Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing medium to large-scale projects within an enterprise environment. This position requires a certified professional with extensive experience in project management, IT governance, and business process automation services, particularly in federal government contexts.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost, as well as task order resources.
- Provide consulting-level services for large-scale cloud implementations using Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Analyze complex problems affecting projects and propose innovative solutions, including analysis of schedules, costs, and technology/tools.
- Oversee projects and contract engagements related to Business Process Automation Services.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and support solution architecture development/management within the health IT industry.
- Collaborate with dispersed project teams and end users across multiple locations.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with medium to large projects in a steady-state enterprise environment.
- Prior experience managing projects for federal government clients.
- Extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Agile methodology and principles.
- Experience in UI/UX, Agile, Data, and Cloud services within a government agency context.
- Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and business process design and reengineering.
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong skills in analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
