Job Summary: The Clinical Director will provide leadership and oversight of the mental health services provided by the Achieving Potential Division employees working in Cleveland and Akron. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, case management, psychiatric assessment, medication management nursing assessment and services, health education, psychological testing, and cognitive and behavioral therapies for persons with mental disabilities and/or their families or caregivers.
Key responsibilities: Provides clinical and administrative supervision to supervisory and direct service staff within Cleveland JFSA and Akron JFS. Provides direction for volunteers working in Clinical and Therapeutic Services.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a Master's of Science in social work, counseling, psychology, or Nursing.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the provision or administration of mental health services five (5) of which must be in a position of supervision of licensed clinical staff.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and auto Insurance
- Must be an independently licensed social worker, counselor, psychologist or Registered Nurse.
