Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. As the Future of Digital Incubation Strategist, you will lead efforts to establish and realize Apple Store Online's long-term digital experience vision. While aiming to anticipate future technology and consumer trends, you will help ensure we are setting the bar in the e-commerce industry through innovation. As a key member of the Strategic Innovation Programs team within the Digital Experience & Expansion org, you will work to elevate and expand our online store, as we strive to build outstanding customer experiences across all of our digital interfaces. You will specifically focus on turning global research and customer-centric insights into creative concepts and magical solutions that will in turn drive our capital investments.

You will be responsible for ideating, defining, and planning tailored initiatives. You will use sophisticated technology to surprise and delight our customers and drive tangible growth at unprecedented global scale. Having an eye to the future, you oversee our exploration of net new ideas and concepts that bring to life our 5+ year vision.
In this role you will :
- Turn business opportunities into strategic visions and innovative programs, as we accelerate the implementation of new initiatives and features
- Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize, prototype, and implement cutting-edge e-commerce experiences that feed into roadmapping and planning
- Define and optimize end-to-end customer shopping journeys across our digital commerce platforms like apple.com (http://apple.com/) and the Apple Store App
- Deeply study and immerse in customer, technology, and industry trends in order to form original future-oriented perspectives and infuse innovation within the team
- Analyze and synthesize consumer behavior and performance data to identify actionable recommendations and develop multi-year business cases
- Create and present strategic briefs to leadership and partners that communicate clear business context and experience priorities via tailored storytelling
