The Job
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is looking for a motivated Programmer Analyst III to design and develop technology and systems for the hospitals Value Based Programs (VBP). Duties include providing production support and being experts in system analysis, automated systems design, database design, and applications programming. Incumbents in this role are the primary resource for evaluating and applying new technological developments to assigned projects.

VALUE BASED PROGRAMS
Value Based Programs (VBPs) reward public healthcare systems when high quality care is provided to patients. This is measured by several comprehensive quality metrics, audited by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and contracted Health Plans. At ARMC, VBP's are designed to drive continuous improvement in quality of care through comprehensive data analytics and clinical review. Incumbents assigned to VBP's are responsible for identifying, quantifying, and providing holistic analysis on ARMC's quality metrics, dependent upon assignment.

Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles),Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. EXPERIENCE
OPTION 1: Four (4) years of full-time equivalent work experience in a production environment, within the past five (5) years, performing systems analysis and project planning for the purpose of developing business applications. Must include one (1) year working as a project leader for large-scale projects. Experience must include the use of a systems development methodology. Qualifying experience must have been using the following primary development languages and frameworks:
