The Neurosurgery Clinic Nurse Manager will join a specialty clinic associated with a 300 + bed medical center in Southern California.
This health system is seeking a dedicated RN Practice Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of their Neurosurgery Specialist Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical staff, coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of neurosurgery practices, and the ability to streamline operations while fostering a collaborative and patient-centered approach. The Nurse Clinic Manager will also be responsible for supervising and managing clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other support personnel. The Neurosurgery Clinic Nurse Manager will act as an advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to help accurately assess their individual needs.
