The Technical Program Manager will join the Contact Center Technologies team to help shape the future of the chat portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering leaders, to build seamless and scalable chat solutions. Your expertise will bridge the intricacies of how multiple tools and systems interact, ensuring that our shared product delivers a cohesive experience across teams.

- Translate business requirements into engineering-driven solutions, designing the technical architecture for a complex, interconnected system
- Define and document how all systems interact-API calls, dependencies, and integrations-ensuring a clear blueprint for engineering teams
- Align multiple stakeholders, ensuring all teams are looped in at the right moments to drive execution
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects with a deep understanding of technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation strategies
- Assess and synthesize inputs from multiple teams, ensuring solutions align with broader business and technical objectives
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering Program, Project, and Product Management
- A proactive approach-comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across teams
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive implementation.
- Ability to visualize and document system dependencies in a clear, structured manner
- Solution Architect knowledge i.e. system integrations, API architectures, and inter-service communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to visualize and document system dependencies in a clear, structured manner
- Experience driving consensus between teams and stakeholders
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working with Chat Ecosystems and customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on engineering background with familiarity in software development and system architecture
