Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions for our customer support teams. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products exceed the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in customer-facing products and services will help us drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements and features based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Engineering, and Design to develop and launch new products and features
  • Get into the process of the customer support teams to build and what is needed to move the needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Support leaders, engineering teams, and leadership
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with the Data teams to analyze data and inform product decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate new innovations into our products


Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in the electric vehicle or technology industries
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with cloud-based software development platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analytics tools
