Responsibilities
- Define product requirements and features based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Engineering, and Design to develop and launch new products and features
- Get into the process of the customer support teams to build and what is needed to move the needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Support leaders, engineering teams, and leadership
- Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs
- Work closely with the Data teams to analyze data and inform product decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate new innovations into our products
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Nice to Have: Experience working in the electric vehicle or technology industries
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with cloud-based software development platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analytics tools
