Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant with a strong background in Accounts Payables, Asset Management, and Project Costing. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, particularly in the Work in Progress (WIP) and Fixed Assets processes. This role will focus on understanding business requirements, finalizing designs, producing an implementation plan, and documenting all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within PeopleSoft Financials.
- Design and implement solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and document an implementation plan, including system configurations, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Fixed Assets and Asset Management, with a focus on WIP and Fixed Asset processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of PeopleSoft Financials with other ERP modules and third-party applications.
- Support and troubleshoot PeopleSoft Financials modules, resolving system issues and optimizing performance.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with a strong focus on PeopleSoft Financials.
- Expertise in Accounts Payables (AP), Asset Management (AM), and Project Costing modules.
- Deep functional knowledge of Fixed Assets/WIP processes within PeopleSoft.
- Strong accounting background with experience in multiple ERP applications.
- Experience working with solutions that require interfaces with third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2.
- Prior consulting experience with large enterprise implementations.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and data migration strategies.
