Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach a strong presence for brand reputation in all areas of the organization. In the addiction recovery field, we have a commitment to our patients, referrals, and the public to provide both resourceful and motivational messaging, as well as messaging that provides hope through a well guided hand to the services that our organization provides.

The Marketing Director for Reputation and Social Media has the objective to see the big picture of a campaign, while using both analytical and creative approaches to grow the brand name and reach new audiences. This person has a passion for understanding the consumer and coming up with unique ways to reach them through empathy, positivity and compassion. Reputation and Social Media Marketing is responsible for creating and leading all reputation marketing strategies. Coordinating content, design, social media, organic marketing and other activities.

The Marketing Director thrives working alone on projects but has the ability to bring people together and encourage excellent outcomes from the marketing team as a whole. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify the organization and facility reputation status and execute on strategies through conducting SWAT/Competitor research and data analysis that will help best promote and represent the brand's story
  • Analyze and define consumer behavior trends and generate creative marketing initiatives
  • Developing and implementing effective social media) marketing strategies
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
  • Develop and execute successful Reputation and Social Media strategies
  • Coordinate campaigns and increasing reputation scores included but not limited to Google, Yelp, and Linkedin reviews
  • Manage Social Media content producers and posters positions
  • Optimize social media content, press releases, and front facing media
  • Collect data and report on rankings and other reputation aspects
  • Understand and monitor social media analytics by tracking key social media analytics on a regular basis and adjusting the strategies to optimize outreach.
  • Keep abreast reputation, social media and integrated marketing trends
  • Stay educated on industry insights to enhance credibility, trends, and adapting to ongoing changes
  • Grow brand reputation in the market to appeal to a larger and more qualitative audience - resulting in quality calls, warm leads for BD, new partnerships, etc.
  • Create partnerships with other like-minded organizations and individuals through events and national marketing campaigns (National Recovery Month, Mental Health Month, etc.)
  • Must be able to work in short time frames and be motivated to get work done quickly.
  • Familiarity with the business side of social media, insights, impressions, influencers etc.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Education:
  • BS or BA in marketing or healthcare related field

Experience:
  • Three (3) or more years' experience in marketing or similar role
  • Experience in the Behavioral Health Field a plus

Knowledge/Skills:
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management, experience in Trello a plus
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired.
