Middle School Principal

Job Summary:The Middle School Principal will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight, ensuring students and staff have a safe and high-achieving learning environment. The principal will collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to develop strong relationships that enhance student achievement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement school-wide educational strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Foster a positive school culture that supports student engagement and success.
• Supervise and support faculty and staff, providing guidance, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with state and district regulations, policies, and academic standards.
• Collaborate with parents, local organizations, and community members to strengthen school partnerships.
• Address student behavioral issues with a restorative and developmental approach.
• Lead efforts to enhance curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas Building Level Administration Certification.
• Prior building-level administrator experience required
• Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary ranges from a minimum ($105,271) to a maximum ($105,271) - based on the 2024/25 salary schedule for a 240 day contract.
