As of January 1, 2025, the new salary range will be $64,621- $113,088
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the daily operations for technology interfaces with external stakeholder programs and provide contract oversight to these projects. This will include conception through implementation of the interfaces. The interfaces will be between the North Carolina Child Welfare Technology System and stakeholder technology platforms.

  • This position will review Child Welfare program objectives and serve as a coordinator for the Child Welfare Practice & Technology Integrated Workplan related to interfaces while simultaneously managing and prioritizing the interface work with other technology systems.
  • This position will have project coordinator responsibilities for ETLs and Data Integration jobs that support federal reporting and enable the work of the Child Welfare Data Team to deliver insights, dashboards, and reports.
  • This position will lead and/or participate in requirement gathering sessions, provide feedback, perform system reviews, test changes, develop process flows, review training materials and user guides.
  • This position may include recommending changes to policies and procedures, troubleshooting business problems and recommending solutions, and assessing impact on business processes with users as new applications and systems are designed and developed.
  • This position will clarify statutory, policy, procedures, and requirements related to the program area(s) with the client agencies of the State, stakeholder vendors, development team members dedicated to work on applications for the assigned program areas, and management.

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other discipline related to the area of assignment from appropriately accredited institution and three years of progressive related experience, in which, two years should be in a supervisory role
