The opportunity
As Growth Enablement Manager, this position will work closely with front line sales teams regionally, opportunity managers, solution engineers, vertical heads, commercial and program management organization where required. Act as a commercial solutions focal point for your Area's business pursuit, ensuring necessary services and solutions are provided. Responsible to help NAM Marketing and Sales initiatives.

Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000* CAD
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

The opportunity
As Growth Enablement Manager, this position will work closely with front line sales teams regionally, opportunity managers, solution engineers, vertical heads, commercial and program management organization where required. Act as a commercial solutions focal point for your Area's business pursuit, ensuring necessary services and solutions are provided. Responsible to help NAM Marketing and Sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert to support the business where needed with best practices on operational set up and capabilities including interaction and onsite visits with customers
- Drive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on Canada customer / market requirements as well as productivity improvement initiatives
- Keep informed on area/ regional / global projects and products in order to provide support as necessary
- Provide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision making for delivering the outlined financial results.
- Performs other position related duties as specified by management.
We are looking for
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION
- BA degree in related field required
EXPERIENCE
- 8-10 years of Canadian customs-related experience required
- Working experience in logistics/supply chain industry is advantageous.
- A strong execution-minded individual with proven account management and commercial skills, good judgment and strong operational understanding including an understanding of systems
- Proven ability to manage and develop a commercial pipeline
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, who can complete tasks without supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to train, coach, evaluate and mentor
- Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Travel (domestic) is expected for 20% of the time.
