- We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager based in Chicago to help grow our market presence in the Mid-West region.

- Drive business development by securing new accounts and building relationships with prospects.
- Represent our company at industry conferences, showcasing our history and capabilities.
- Contribute to RFI and RFP processes, positioning us for success with new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team of recruiters to deliver staffing services that meet client needs.
- Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a structured approach.
- Working in our fast-paced and structured environment remotely from Chicago in the U.S., dealing directly with client managers or their managed service provider (MSP) representatives.
- Provide contract labor and permanent hire placement services to a roster of Fortune 1000 clients.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong cold-calling abilities and a talent for building new relationships.
- Sales experience in a vertical market (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare, engineering, life sciences).
- Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as ZohoCRM.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel (10-15%) to conferences and client meetings as required.
