Under general supervision of the Enterprise Platforms supervisor, this position provides Salesforce application development support for AggieService, the HR case management system, as well as other SAAS applications used by campus. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and integration of complex SAAS applications in support of portions of large-scale projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines to transfer and merge data extracted from APIs and/or databases into integrated data platforms.
Experience supporting and working on CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
Software development experience with one or more standard programming languages ( Java, JavaScript, Python, Apex, etc.).
Experience working with tools related to a standard software development lifecycle: issue tracking ( Jira, Rally, etc.), version control (Bitbucket, Git, etc.) and standard software development IDEs and text editors.
Experience scoping technical work based on client requirements and non-technical user feedback about software systems.
Oral and written interpersonal communication skills to convey technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with object-oriented programming and test-driven development.
Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce custom development.
Experience with IAAS cloud services and technologies such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Critical thinking skills to understand complex problems and develop solutions through the development of robust, web-based applications.
