Our data is used to enrich applications, personalise online experiences and manage security risks. We're at an exciting stage of evolution and we're looking for a growth obsessed Digital Programs Manager to join the marketing team.

The Role

This is an owner/executor role, where you will lead and optimise paid digital campaigns with a focus on driving conversions and customer acquisition. You will have expertise in paid media strategy, retargeting, audience segmentation and performance optimization. Paid Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • In collaboration with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand and CRO, develop, execute and manage IPinfo's paid digital programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta and programmatic advertising networks
  • Develop high-performing landing pages to support campaigns and drive conversions.
  • Build audience targeting to capture new leads for nurture through the funnel, leveraging segmentation and behavioural insights


Retargeting and Remarketing
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who have previously interacted with our website, content or ads
  • Optimize retargeting strategies with dynamic ads, messaging and personalised content to increase conversion rates


Performance Optimization
  • Continually analyse campaign performance optimising for key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROI
  • A/B test ad copy, visuals, audience targeting and landing pages to improve conversions
  • Leverage advanced strategies like dynamic ads, sequential messaging and personalised offers


Data Driven Decision Making
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and ad platform dashboards to track campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to refine strategies and provide reporting to stakeholders


Budget Management
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI across campaigns
  • Adjust spending dynamically based on performance trends and opportunities


Trend Monitoring, Innovation and Collaboration
  • Partner cross functionally to align campaigns with marketing goals
  • Monitor industry trends, new advertising technologies and competitors' strategies to keep campaigns innovative
  • Experiment with emerging formats and techniques, such as AI driven ad optimisation


About You - the Skills, Knowledge and Experience you will need

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role - XaaS or Ecomm
  • Deep knowledge of paid media and retargeting with a strong focus on conversion optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts
  • Expertise in PPC, Google Ads, Social Ads (X, LinkedIn, Meta), Retargeting techniques and programmatic platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Analytics, GTM) together with a keen interest in emerging AI marketing technologies
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and focused on ROI and business outcomes
  • Campaigns and performance analysis across platforms
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you get a kick out of unblocking yourself and others, fixing what's broken, learning new tools and taking ownership where needed to move the needle
  • Comfortable in a scale-up environment working in a fully remote and globally distributed team
  • A passion for technology with knowledge or active interest in the internet and internet data concepts
