Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in biology, master preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an embryology laboratory setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced reproductive technologies such as preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced laboratory procedures including oocyte retrieval, fertilization, and embryo culture.
- Monitor and assess embryo development, making critical decisions regarding embryo selection for transfer or cryopreservation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the laboratory environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
