About the Role
We're seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Head of Growth to lead and optimize our top-of-funnel strategy. In this role, you'll combine performance marketing tactics with creative experimentation to drive user acquisition and engagement. As our primary growth driver, you will own critical metrics, spearhead innovative campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to accelerate our product-led growth (PLG).

About the Role

As our primary growth driver, you will own critical metrics, spearhead innovative campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to accelerate our product-led growth (PLG).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive awareness, lead generation, and new user sign-ups through targeted campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize acquisition channels to ensure performance marketing ROI.
- Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track user behavior, measure conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Develop and execute bold, innovative strategies to test new channels, messaging, and user experiences.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by designing and running A/B tests, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive constant improvement.
- Work in tandem with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth goals and integrate campaigns into the user journey.
- Partner with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of growth experiments and tracking tools.
- Drive product-led initiatives that enhance the user onboarding experience, feature adoption, and retention.
- Align growth strategies with product roadmap to maximize user engagement and expansion.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team.
- Champion best practices in performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation across the organization.
- Measurable improvements in top-of-funnel user acquisition.
- Successful launch of creative, high-impact campaigns that accelerate growth.
- Data-driven decision-making embedded in campaign planning and product development.
- Increased product adoption and retention through effective PLG strategies.
- Well-established processes for experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Performance Marketing & Growth Background:
Proven track record in performance marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles with ownership of acquisition metrics. - Analytics Proficiency:
Hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive insights and decisions. - Creativity & Curiosity:
Demonstrated ability to develop unconventional strategies and run experimental campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset. - Collaborative Mindset:
Able to work effectively across teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to drive shared goals. - PLG Experience:
Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and experience driving growth within PLG-focused organizations. - Experimental & Results-Driven:
Comfortable iterating quickly on new ideas and measuring their impact rigorously.
- Developer Tooling Experience:
Past experience working at or marketing a developer-focused product or platform. - Technical Aptitude:
Ability to understand technical concepts, code basics, or collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams.

Our (engineering) interview process:
- Culture interview (30-min video call)
- We're looking to learn about you, your skills and experience and your motivation to join our team.
- Technical interview (take-home, 1 week to complete, 2-3 hours total depending on test)
- No LeetCode! Real-world problem solving in our coding environment. We try and make it fun.
- Debugging interview (1-hour live w/ one of our engineers)
- 4 bugs. 1 hour. Are you up to the test?
- Founder interview (1-hour)
- Meet with Han or Hahnbee! AMA at the end.
