Java Developer

• Work closely with our line of business and architects to provideimplementation solutions to protect various software applications in theleading Bank.
• Be able to create a prototype to prove the design. Preparing UMLdiagrams to describe the current state of the application in terms of theseparameters and also describes the future state.
• Internet Software Engineers areinvolved in every release, every project, and in all the phases of SDLC likeAnalysis, Technical Design, Development, Testing and Deployment.
• At every stepthe Lead Engineer reviews project artifacts to ensure that the applicationsuites interests are adequately addressed.
• The Lead Software Engineer role isto supervise and develop software to ensure delivery of Initiatives forspecific applications or application groups. This includes supervisinginitiatives in parallel from a Software development standpoint to ensureapplications are engaged in correct processes resulting in stable, qualitydeliverables. Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugssoftware applications that support business units or support functions.
• Asenior member of the technical team responsible for assisting senior businessleaders and management. May provide strategic technical direction and systemarchitecture for individual initiatives.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge oftechnological alternatives and business system requirements to recommendinnovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to theorganization.
• Leads or has responsibility for estimation of effort for softwareapplication for one or more programmers. Coordinates collaboration withexternal programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget.
• Provides feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of criticalimportance to achieving business objectives.

Annual Salary Range : $90000 - $100000 per year
