Cleared International Programs Manager (Domestic/International Travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Programs Manager with Army experience and a strong background in international programs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing international defense and security cooperation programs, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will work closely with military, government, and industry stakeholders to facilitate international engagements and program execution. This position features two days of remote work per week along with up to 50% domestic and international travel, Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate international defense programs in collaboration with military and government agencies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foreign military partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of security cooperation and foreign military sales (FMS) programs.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies, international regulations, and security protocols.
• Support policy development and strategic planning for international engagements.
• Coordinate with Army leadership, embassies, and allied forces to facilitate program success.
• Monitor and assess program performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

$60 - $80 an hour
