Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale data migration projects from Oracle/Informatica to Azure/Databricks.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, DBAs, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure and Databricks.
- Experience working with data engineers and DBAs.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and ensure smooth execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle/Informatica and Azure/Databricks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Targetbase hosting.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
