Compensation and Benefits:
Covenant offers extremely competitive base compensation follow MGMA guidelines and are based on training/fellowship and experience (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
Productivity and incentive bonuses

Paid CME - the practice assumes some of the physician's expenses such as membership in one organization, renewal of licenses, etc.

The initial contract is two years (with a 30-day out clause for the physician). After that, the contract is annual with a wRVU productivity model.
