This is a hybrid position based out of our Johnston, IA office.

What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for an IAM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of identity and access management technical solutions as well as access role research, definition, and creation.

What you'll do:
  • Provide strategic, expert-level identity and access management platform guidance and analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
  • Collaborate with other Security Operations, IT personnel, and vendors in integrating identity and access management systems with various IT platforms.

What you need:
  • Minimum of five years' technical experience in access, data, and systems security. Minimum of three years' experience in identify and access management.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management solutions capabilities, implementation, and maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management best practices for role creation, IAM architecture, access reviews and process management.
