Project Manager

Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams in technical and non-technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.), and familiarity with various project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development processes, infrastructure, etc.) with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical experts and senior management, prioritize tasks, and handle shifting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple types of projects, i.e., infrastructure, networking, system integration, etc.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk management and conflict resolution.
• Ability to make decisions that support business goals while respecting technical expertise.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments.
