We're on the lookout for a Treasury Management Lead. As a Treasury Management Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing cash visibility, developing cash forecasting processes, and ensuring efficient treasury operations. The Treasury Management Lead will collaborate with finance teams to centralize cash flow data, streamline forecasting, and optimize bank account management and cash conversion reporting. Additionally, this role will assist with treasury operations related to M&A transitions and the development of standardized treasury policies, all while reporting to and supporting the Treasury Manager in achieving departmental objectives.

What's in Store
We're on the lookout for a Treasury Management Lead. As a Treasury Management Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing cash visibility, developing cash forecasting processes, and ensuring efficient treasury operations. The Treasury Management Lead will collaborate with finance teams to centralize cash flow data, streamline forecasting, and optimize bank account management and cash conversion reporting. Additionally, this role will assist with treasury operations related to M&A transitions and the development of standardized treasury policies, all while reporting to and supporting the Treasury Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with finance teams to centralize, analyze, and standardize cash flow data, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely reporting
- Improve visibility and reporting of daily cash sweeps, identifying recurring cash flow items and understanding seasonal or variable collections
- Optimize and streamline cash forecasting processes, ensuring assumptions are accurate and variances are addressed
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cash conversion and Accounts Receivable (AR) forecasts to improve liquidity visibility and monitor collections
- Assist in daily treasury operations, including bank account management, ACH/wire transfers, reconciliations, and administrative tasks
- Facilitate the opening and transition of client and trust accounts to the primary operating account
- Support the development and standardization of treasury policies and procedures across Davies NA entities
- Strengthen treasury operations by improving systems, platforms, and tools for enhanced cash flow reporting and monitoring
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize bank structures and streamline banking services/products
- Assist with M&A transitions, ensuring the seamless migration of legacy bank accounts to the primary operating account and integrating treasury functions
- Maintain detailed checklists for transition processes to ensure thorough execution and minimize operational disruptions
- Respond to ad-hoc treasury requests, leveraging expertise to resolve complex banking or treasury challenges
- Assist the Treasury Manager in identifying and implementing improvements in banking platforms, cash management systems, and overall treasury operations

This role is a full-time, remote position.
Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities
- 4+ years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
- Familiar with a variety of general ledger, financial reporting systems, and online banking systems
- Demonstrated ability to create solutions in the financial environment
- Self-starter with ability to lead teams
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
- Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
- Superior time management skills with capability of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
- Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
