Job Description - Senior ETL DataStage Developer

Location: Remote (Tempe, AZ preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with data architects and BI teams to ensure smooth data integration.
• Optimize performance of ETL processes and data warehouse operations.
• Document ETL processes, data mappings, and warehouse architecture.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• IBM DataStage (ETL Development)
• Data Warehousing & Data Modeling
• Strong SQL skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Knowledge of data quality and governance best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IBM DataStage certification
• Banking domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)
