Job Description:
Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Typically manages a single department and/or shift.
• Manage, and give direction to, a team of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test Technicians.
• Prioritizes production schedule based on product introduction, equipment/personnel efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures for NPI development of products in manufacturing.
• Provides DFM feedback to engineering teams, and Root Cause Analysis for issues in manufacturing.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
• Work cross-laterally with the Test Engineering Team and Hardware Engineering Team to coordinate NPI activities and provide manufacturing feedback to the engineering teams.

Requirements :

• Typically requires Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience.
• In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales.
• Solid working knowledge of L10 and L11 systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing costs and influences.
• Manages through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and staffing.
• Typically manages 2 or more direct reports.
• Has experience with HIGH product THROUGPUT environment.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Circuit board manufacturing a plus.

Pay $91,500 - $128,000 - DOE
